Mold Happens

MOLD HAPPENS! 

As you can see in this picture MOLD happens. In this situation SERVPRO was called once the client realized there was a MOLD problem. After discussion the conclusion was simple... 

There was a previous water damage that the client believed was under control. To their knowledge they did everything to get the water up and the carpet was dry! 

Well this is very true the carpet may have been dry... but only on the surface. The moisture set in underneath the carpet and then MOLD HAPPENED! 

SERVPRO came out and assessed the situation, removed the carpet and treated the wood underneath. Now the client KNOWS the situation is handled properly and this will not be an issue moving forward.
